Sylvester Stallone wearing Polistas
The creator, writer, director and star of Rambo, Sylvester Stallone, paid a visit to the Polistas flagship store in Burlington Arcade this week while promoting Rambo 4′s release in London.
The Hollywood star and creator of several tough-guy roles is a real life tough-guy who has played the fast, furious and addictive sport of polo since the age of 11.
In his gruff accent, the actor commented to Polistas sales attendants that the store had “some really useful crap”. He further complemented “you’ve got some good junk”.
After a big spending spree, Sly left with the signature range of Polistas quilted leather jackets and gilets and a number of Polistas polo shirts and a fleece gilet as well as the trademark Polistas baseball cap.
Rambo has recently been spotting wearing wearing his Polistas “junk” while out and about in Beverly Hills and at the NBA Finals between the Boston Celtics and the LA Lakers. He was among a host of celebrities including David Beckham and son Brooklyn, Jack Nicholson, Ed Murphy, Steven Speilburg and Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas to watch teh LA Lakers win 87-81.
